This was taken early afternoon on Saturday, August 27th. The evacuation of New Orleans, unknown to me, had already been ordered. Earlier, she was dancing with abandon to Cuban music at the City Hall Park in NYC. Minutes before, I saw her on a bench talking on a cell phone. I wonder - is she from New Orleans? What did she hear on that call?
